Importance and  Story of Solah Somvaar   Solah Somvar Vrat Katha is dedicated to Lord Shiva, observed for 16 Monday continuously. It is believed that Solah Somvar Vrat is very fruitfull and bless all kind of wishes to the devotees. Devotees will start Solah Somvar Vrat from the Shukla Paksha of any month. ने पूजन विधि : कैसे करें पूजा ( Know how to perform Puja )   १) निचे दिए गएँ मंत्र से स्वं  की शुद्धि करें    ॐ अपवित्र: पवित्रो वा सर्वावस्थां गतोSपि वा | य: स्मरेत पुण्डरीकाक्षं सः  बाह्याभ्यन्तरः शुचि: ||    भावार्थ: हे कमल सदृश नेत्रोंवाले देव , आप मुझे आंतरिक और बाहरी शुचिता प्रदान करें | मैं आपका स्मरण करता हूँ |    २) आसान शुद्धि :    आसान शुद्धि के लिए निचे दिए मंत्र का उच्चारण करें    ॐ पृथ्वी त्वया धृता लोका देवी तवं विष्णुना धृता | तवं च धारय माँ देवी पवित्रम कुरुचासनं ||    भावार्थ : हे पृथ्वी देवी आप ने जगत को धारण कर रखा है , कृपा मेरे आसान को पवित्र करें |     यज्ञोपवीत धारण करने के लिए मंत्र    ॐ यज्ञोपवीतं परमं प्रजापतेर्यत सहजं पुरस्तात | आयुष्यमग्रयं पतिमुंच शुभ्रं यज्ञोपवीतं बलमस्तु तेज: ||    भावार्थ : हे परम पवित्र | आयुवर्द्धक यज्ञोपवीत | आप मुझे बल और तेज प्रदान करें | मैं पूजन कार्य हेतु आपका धारण करर्ता हूँ...
